The programme of the military tournament on Saturday next, at the Addington Show Orounds, in connection with the camp now being held there, appears elsewhere. There is a goodly number of events. The first event starts at 2.30 p.m., and the Garrison .Band will be in attendance. The Bishop of Christeaurch will told a. confirmation service at 4ft. llary's, Merivale, on Thursday evening next, at 7.30 o'clock. The building trades' picnic will take p]ace to Sheffield on Saturday next.
