THE STORM AT LYTTELTON.
About 2.35 p.m. a heavy thunderstorm, with lightning and ha.il, took place at Lyttelton. The hails-ones wera phenomenally liirga. No damage was done, though the storm was very severe whilst it lasted, which was for about tea minutes.
