ROAD BOARDS.
HALSWEI.L. The Halewell Road Board met on the S6tii inst. Present— Lewis (chairman), Hugonin, Henderson, and Quaite. Correspondence was read from Land and Income Tax Department forwarding voucher for the payment of £54 17s 9d, being 75 1"* cent, subsidy on rates 1902-3. Reoeived. "The Selvvyn County Council wrote Wking the Board to forward account for ■mall birds destroyed, also cheque for •mount of rate due." The cleik was in•tracted to attend to the matter. The Uncoln JRoad Board asked the Board to Jay half cost of repairing bridge over the Habweil river known as Morfatt's. It was <tocided to inform the Lincoln Board that •ac the bridge is practically a private one. the HaJswell Board cannot two ite way to contribute. Accounts amounting to £18 13s 2d •were passed for payment.
