PROPOSED POLITICAL DEMONSTRATION.

(press association telegram.) NEW PLYMOUTH, January 23. At a representative meeting, held tonight, of the four electorates—Xew Plymouth, Egmont, Patea, Hawera—it was decided to hold a demonstration on Friday, February 14th, in honour of the return cf four Liberal candidates. All the Ministers, and the members for Wanganui and Rangitike', are to be invited. The demonstratxn will take the form of a picnic in the daytime at Waitara ,and a banquet in the evening at New Plymouth. From letters and telegrams received the demonstration promises to be largely attended.
