At Palmereton to-day, before Major Keddell, S.M., Jamea Hogan, of Fiagewamp, was committed for trni on a charge under section 152 of the Electoral Act, of having on 25111 November appHed for a voting paper in the name of Robert Hagan, junr. Accoeed, who wae tinder the influence of liquor, ejitered the booth at Dunback, and when the name Robert Hagan, junr., Hawkesbury, farmer, wae read out, said, "That's whereupon he wae banded the vt»ting papers.
