TO THE EDITOJI OF THE TRESS. Sir, —Some time ago I received a catalogue from a firm of -watchmakers which made a speciality of repeating -rratches as "well as novel and uncommon farmit of watches. A coupon which. was enclosed entitled me to a watch at a price considerably bslow ordinary price. I sent the money, but have received neither watch nor acknowledgment. Have any of your readere been similarly treated?—Youw, etc, EXPECTANT.
