RUSSION COMMISSIONER'S OPINION.

Krukoff, the' Russian Imperial Commissioner, doubts the accuracy of the cable message that express trains have commenced running over the Siberian line. When he left the latter country in September last several bridges and other, works remained to be completed. The line will not be quite ready till May. A conference of European railway managers meets at Paris in May, to decide upon a train service *r"om Paris to the Far East.
