FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION

(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, January 15. At the High School Board of Governors' meeting the regulations in connection with free secondary education were considered. It was resolved that the Board accept the Government offer, and at the same time express the conviction that the regulations controlling the grant of £6 are unjust to certain pupils, and financially inadequate to enable the Board to carry out the intention of the Government.
