TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS.
Sir, —In your issue of 10th inst. "An Old Bachelor" describes ladies' drese as "the height of indecency." I consider his remark the height of insult. Further, I think be must* have been left in the lurch by one of the fair sex. If he would observe the swaying forms of young and old men, and even boye, aa they roll up the tails of their coats, exhibiting "to an admiring public their anatomical development, he Trould have much more cause to talk of indeoensy. I have often wondered that the police made no attempt to stop this vulgar and disgusting habit; What has "Old Bachelor" to s&ji •—Yours, etc., " OLD MAN.
