MANDEVILLE AND RANGIORA.

At a meeting of the Mandeville and Rangiora Road Board there were present Messrs Horrell (chairman), L&eeh, Stevenson, and Stalker. Otter* for tutting cocksfoot were accepted as follows;— J.
