We have been weJ and economically served by the Riccarton Road Board in the past, amd as nearly the who.© OiLstrict is rural, and has no com_mi-_ty of interest with a city or borough population, it would be wiser and much moie to our interest to leave wel alone, and remain as we are, unless we wish to have a repetition of the unfortunate experience of the St. Albans ratepayers in the outlying district, who, I believe, have lately suooeed'ed an getting thamselve'S cut off from that district, and incorporated with the Avon Road Board district- —Yours, etc., A RICCARTON RATEPAYER.
