THE THORNTON SEASON.

• "The Private Secretary" was repeated on Saturday night at- the Theatre Royal by Air Thornton and his company, when there waß a good house. The piece went excellently from first to last, Mr Thornton being most successful in his impersonaition of the much-harassed curate. The company left for the North after the performance.
