UNION ROWING CLUB
The Executive Committee of the Union ~ .Rowing Club met last evening at the boat-- ■ bouse. Present —Messrs F. D. Kesteven . (in the chair), D. Lee, W. G. Atack, F. S. Hymon, G. L. Berry, G. H. Hobbs, H. Skomer, J. E. Button. F. Bankß. F. Sandford. The half-yearly general meeting was fixed for the 23rd inst. It was re•»lved to order a supply of oars and sculls . and uniforms from ilugland, end sub-com--dttees wt.re appointed to arrange for the pnrcbase. ' The chairman reported that the . _hib had succeeded in winning the clock '. *?i_«nted by 'Messrs Sandstein and Co. •I_r competition at Lyttelton Regatta.
