In consequence of the uncertain state of the entrance for the past three days no vessel* l'uve tnteretl Constant Bay since onr last issue, although on Sunday the lona, Cymraes, Star of Tasmania, and Florence, schooners, came to outside, the sir f being at the time so very heavy that it was impossible for any boats to enter. 01 Mondav the wind was l'glit. but there wa« a heavy surf, so that the boats could not venture out to tow them in ; and yesterday was one of the worst days we have had for some cons'derablc time, it being impossible for anything <o have effected an entrance. There are now six vessel* lying at anchor in the o'fing, two more having arrived on Monday evening.
