It that she had enticed the prosecutor to house, and at that time he had the sum in his pocket. On waking in tIH morning (Thursday) he found his mon« gone, his pocket-book in which it was oH the floor, and some papers that it contained strewed about. He accused the prisoner oB taking it, when she said another man thalfl slept there also had taken it, but that if he would say nothing about it would return £8 before night. She was remanded" for a week, in order to additional, evidence. 1
