BAY OF PLENTY LICENSING DISTRICT PUBLICAN’S LICENSE FOR EDGECUMBE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee intends to grant a Publican’s License in respect of premises situate on the corner of the Edgecum-be-Te Teko Road and Station Road, Edgecumbe, and that such license wil be granted at the expiration oi 30 days from the 20th November, 1950, being the date of the first publication of this Notice, unless within such period of 30 days application is made to a Magistrate under the provisions of Section 56 of the Licensing Amendment Act, 1948, by twenty or more electors residing within a radius of' 1 mile from a point in the middle of the frontage of such premises for an order that licensed premises be not established on such site or that a poll of electors be taken on the proposal that licensed premises be so established on such grounds as are set out in Section 56 of the Licensing Amendment Act, 1948.
