Gents 1/admission. 479 WHAKATANE BOROUGH COUNCIL WATER RESTRICTIONS Notice is given pursuant to a resolution of the Whakatane Borough Council under the provisions of Bylaw No. 3, that the use of hoses for the purpose of watering gardens is prohibited, except between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 a.m., and between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. daily, when the hose must be hand held.
