Indoor Bowls Tournament
More than 50 . local indoor bowling teams played in the Legion of Frontiersmen Tournament on Saturday. The 24 mats in use completely filled the building. The seven teams which played in the finals last night were:— Thornton A; Awakeri I; Whakatane D; Taneatua Oddfellows; Board Mill St John D; Whakatane Druids <C; Awakeri C.
