Ohope Bowling Green Opened For Season

The Ohope bowling green was officially opened for the season by JVtr P. H. Parr, president of the club on Saturday. Mrs Parr rolled up the first “J,ack” and the first bowl was played by the Rev. Mr Rangi. N

About 72 players, members and visitors participated and play commenced in fine weather but at 3.30 the game had to be abandoned because of heavy rain. Results: —
