Principal sports event in Whakatane tomorrow will be the Whaka-tane-Te Puke senior Rugby match for the Te Hurinui Apanui Shield. The Whakatane Archery Club will open its season, with members of.the Otakiri Archery Club taking part.
First rounds of the Whakatane Golf Club’s championships will be played.
