No Cycle Bells; Traffic Cases Heard In Court

Lack of bicycle bells caused a number of Edgecumbe residents to be fined by Mr Walton, S.M., in the Whakatane Court on Tuesday. Transport Department cases brought the following penalties, with costs: —
