Commission Formed To Investigate Two Bay Harbour Schemes

A commission has been formed to investigate the deep sea harbour schemes for the Bay of Plenty and is to sit at Whakatane and Tauranga to hear evidence on the suggested schemes for either place. The members of the commission are:— Mr J. Sawers, previous General Manager of N.Z. Railways; Mr S. H. Anson, Assistant Commissioner of Works, and ,Mr D. S. G. Marchbanks, chief engineer of the Wellington Harbour Board.
