N.Z. Red Cross Assistance To Many Countries
The Dominion Executive donated £SO to the Peruvian Red Cross for assistance in the Cuzco earthquake, and £IOO to the Columbia Red Cross earthquake relief at a meeting in Wellington which was attended by Mrs A. W. Winstone, Whakatane.
It was reported that the Junior Red Cross would be presenting gift parcels to every child among the immigrants expected at Pahiatua camp later in the year.
