SCALE OF BUILDING FES In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part 11 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933 the Whakatane Borough Council hereby makes, by way of special order, a by-law under tne Municipal Corporations Act. 1933 and aU other acts amending the same, to amend the By-law of the said Council made and passed on the 12th day of April, 1937, and intituled “The Whakatane Borough By-law No. 6, 1937.” The object and purport of the proposed by-law are to amend “The Whakatane Borough By-law No. 6 1937,” relating to buildings by repealing the scale of charges set out in clause 13 of By-law No. 6 1937, and to substitute in lieu thereof an amended scale of charges. Notice is hereby given that at a Special meeting of the Whakatane Borough Council, held on the 12th day of June, 1950, the aforesaid bylaw was passed, and it will be submitted for Confirmation at the Ordinary meeting of the Council, to be held on the 10th day of July, 1950, at 7.30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Commerce Street, Whakatane.
