OLYMPICS & PAEOA A TO MEET The main basketball match at Whakatane on Saturday will be the meeting between the two rivals Olympics and Paroa A on court 1 at the Domain at 1 p.m. The result of this game will show how the teams line up in the competitions to date. In other games the two teams will be required to play twice. The draw: —
1 p.m.: Paroa A v Olympics, court 1, referee Miss Sisam; RedWings v Ruatoki court 2, Miss Keepa; Taneatua v High School A court 3, Mrs Shapley. 1.45 p.m.: Primary A v St Joseph’s court 3, Miss Keepa; Primary B v High School B court 2, Mrs Yates; Paroa A v Paroa B court 1. Mrs Shapley. 2.30 p.m.: Olympics v Poroporo A court 1, Miss Sisam; Ruatoki v High School A court 2 : Mrs Dippie.
