NOTICE THE WHAKATANE HARBOUR BOARD hereby gives notice that it intends to introduce to Parliament as soon as may be hereafter a Bill, to be called “The Whakatane Har- J hour Amendment Act, 1950” for the purpose of extending the Whakatane Harbour District constituted by The Whakatane Harbour Act, 1921-22 to include that part of the Opotiki County now added by the Local Government Commission to the Whakatane County. A COPY of the said Bill and a plan of the said part of the Opotiki County are deposited and open for public inspection at the Magistrate’s Court, Whakatane and at the office of the said Board at Whakatane.
