POSTAL SHOOT FOR BAY * CLUBS ■ ; a
Archery clubs in the Bay of Plenty, Whakatane, Opotiki and Tauranga, are to participate in a postal shoot. For the Whakatane club shooting is to commence tomorrow at the Domain. The men will shoot an American round. Thirty arrows at 60, 50 and 40 yards. The women will shoot a Columbia round. Twenty-four arrows at 50 yards, 40 yards and 30 yards.
These are new distances for Whakatane members but will be good training for the Bay of Plenty Championships, which are to be held next January.
