Alterations In Bus And Train Services
There are to be some changes in the railway and road service bus timetables to and from Whakatone tomorrow. No trains will be running on the Bay of Plenty line but the usual Tuesday Taneatua-Auck-land and Auckland-Taneatua expresses will run on Wednesday but will resume the normal days after then.
Road Service buses will be running the Sunday timetable tomorrow. The outward buses from Whakatane will be the 12.55 p.m. bus to Auckland and the 7.30 p.m. bus to Rotorua. Another bus will leave at 7.10 p.m. for Opotiki, soon after it arrives from Rotorua. There are to be no through services to Tauranga or Gisborne.
