Obituary

LOUISE KIRIWERA KEEPA After a long illness the death has ocurred of Miss Louise Kiriwera Keepa, 20 year old daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Keepa, Paroa, Whakatane. Miss Keepa was educated at the Paroa Maori School then at St Joseph’s Convent, Whakatane, where she received her commercial training. For two years she was employed by the Ministi’y of Works, Rotorua, as a shorthand tvpiste. Later she was transferred to the Department of Maori Affairs, Whakatane, where she worked for six months prior to her illness.
