This Peaceful World
Since 1469 B.C. there have been 230 years of peace against 3200 years of war. A Rumanian professor of histq>ry has calculated that in the period between 1500 B.C. and A.D. 1860 over 8000 “treaties for eternity” have been concluded. Most of these eternal and sacred treaties had an average duration of two years.
