(b) An estimate of the wages Which he expects to pay during the year commencing on the Ist April 1950. (The above requirement does not' apply to members of insurance associations .whose members have been exempted by the Compensation Court, or to local authorities which heve been exempted by the Compensation Court, or to any other employers similarly exempted). A person who is not an employer on Ist April 1950, but who afterwards ( becomes an employer is required j: to deliver a Statement of Wages I within fourteen days of commenc- , ing to employ.
