Plan and specifications at office of undersigned: BUDDLE & OTLEY, Solicitors, Whakatane. 273 ; EMPLOYERS’ LIABILITY INSURANCE In accordance with Section 13 (2) of the Workers’ , Compensation Amendment Act 1947, every employer is required to deliver, not later than the 30th April 1950, to the State Fire Insurance General Manager a statement in the prescribed form showing:— (a) The amount of wages paid during the year ending on the 31st March 1950 to workers employed by him. (b) An estimate of the wages Which he expects to pay during the year commencing on the Ist April 1950. (The above requirement does not' apply to members of insurance associations .whose members have been exempted by the Compensation Court, or to local authorities which heve been exempted by the Compensation Court, or to any other employers similarly exempted). A person who is not an employer on Ist April 1950, but who afterwards ( becomes an employer is required j: to deliver a Statement of Wages I within fourteen days of commenc- , ing to employ. The Statement of : ] Wages should be forwarded by the ! Employer to the Branch Office for I; the District to the State Fire In- ' surance Office. As soon as practicable after receiving the Statement the Office will send to the employer an As- ■ sessment of Premium.
