A Useful Recipe FISH SALAD
21b cold cooked fish, 2 hard-boil-ed eggs, 2 lettuces, 1 beetroot, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Break fish into flakes and mix with shredded lettuce. Sieve yolks of eggs into a basin, and combine with milk, oil, vinegar and sugar. Add salt and pepper. Add mixture to lettuce and fish, mixing well. Garnish with beetroot and whites of eggs. v
