Order Granted For Possession
An order for possession of a dwelling at present occupied by Walter Thompson, labourer, Whakatane, was granted to the owner, James John Lang, labourer (Mr Otley) also of Whakatane, by Mr E. L. Walton, S.M., in the Whakatane Magistrate’s Court yesterday. He also gave judgment for arrears of rent amounting to £l2 6s with costs, £5 Is, in favour of plaintiff.
