WHAKATANE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER Notice is hereby given that at special meeting of the WhakatantT County, Council held oh the 28th day' of February, 1950, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on Tuesday, 28th day of March, 1950, at 11 a.m. at the County Council Chambers, tane:— “THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Sections 23; and 100 of The Counties’ Act, 1920, the Whakatane County Council hereby resolves by way of special order to receive and adopt special committee’s report dated the 28th day of February, 1950, so far as such report refers v to the boundaries of" the following ridings:—Matata, Tarawera, Rangitaiki, Omataroa, Ohope, Taneatua, Waimana, Nukuhou, Galatea and Urewera.” A copy of the special order is deposited at the office of the Council and is, together with the special committee’s report referred to in the resolution above, open to the inspection of tjie public at the County Office, Whakatane, during office hours.
