Licensing Committee Election
If there are more than five nominations received by the returning officer, Mr J. D. O’Brien, at the Courthouse, Rotorua, by noon next Tuesday, there will be an election for the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee on March 14. Candidates have to be nominated by not less than two electors of the Bay of Plenty District, and the committee of five can come 1 from any part of that district. At present there is one Whakatane member. Mr Andrew Nicol.
