RANGITAIKI DRAINAGE DISTRICT PENALTY ON OVERDUE RATES Department of Lands & Survey WELLINGTON 13th February, 1950. In pursuance of Section 76 of the Rating Act 1925 and the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Act 1910 and its amendments, the ratepayers within the district constituted by the last mentioned Act are hereby notified that 10 per cent additional will be added to all rates -for the year ending 31st March 1950 unpaid on 14th March 1950.
