BAY OF PLENTY LICENSING DISTRICT ISSUE OF NEW PUBLICANS’ AND WHOLESALE LICENSES Notice is hereby given that the Licensing Control Commission has authorised the issue of one new Publican’s License at Edgecximbe, one new Publican’s License at Whakatane and one new" Wholesale License at Whakatane and that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee will receive and consider applications for such Licenses. Applications must be made in accordance with the Licensing Act; 1908, and the Licensing Amendment Act, 1948, gnd must be lodged with the Clerk of the Licensing Committee not later than the 18th day of April 1950. The areas or localities within which the Licenses are authorised (to be issued are specified in the Schedule below. Particulars of the actual or minimum standards of accommodation and services determined by the Control Commission and required to be provided in the proposed licensed premises have been deposited in the Office of the Magistrate’s.
