Judgment Summons Orders
Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr E. L. Walton, S.M., in the Whakatane Magistrate’s Court yesterday in the following civil claims: Ethel Mary Fenton v Mezzatone, Portraits and B. Edwards, £l2 10s, costs £2 12s.
The following judgment summons orders were made: Dave Wilson to pay C. A. Timbs and Son £6 Is 5d and costs £1 Is forthwith, in default six days’ gaol; Sim Kupai to pay Standard Trading Co. Ltd. £9 •6s 6d, costs £1 Is forthwith, in default nine days’ gaol; E. Butters to pay Bond and Bond Ltd., £lB 15s lid, costs £1 11s 6d forthwith, in default 18 days’ gaol; Mekeri Davies ordered to pay N. E. Rigden and Coy. Ltd., £2B 16s lid, costs 2s 2s, in default 28 days’ gaol, warrant suspended provided that defendant pays £2 by March 7 and £8 by 7th day of each succeeding month until full amount is paid.
