Rotorua Told To Conserve Power

Consumers at Rotorua have been told by their local electricity controller, Mr J. C. Collins, that they will have to conserve power as much as possible now to avoid future cuts and blackouts during the winter months. > Although restrictions had been relaxed during the holiday .period Mr Collins said that the time had now 'come to watch consumption closely.
