An intimate glimpse into • the life of the late American President, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and his family is afforded in a book recently published in the United States. The book is “This I Remember,” by Eleanor Roosevelt, widow of the late President. Mrs Roosevelt, now chairman of the United Nations Human Rights Commission, tells of events in her life from 1924 ’until her husband’s death in 1945. She wrote another book titled “This Is My Story” in 1937, which covered the earlier years of her life.
