WHAKATANE BOROUGH COUNCIL r WATER RESTRICTIONS Notice is given, pursuant to a resolution of the Whakatane Borough Council under the provisions of Bylaw No. 3, that the use of hoses for the purpose of watering- gardens is prohibited, except between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. and between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. daily, when the hose must be hand-held.
