SUMMER DEATH TOLL
A Dominion-wide campaign to reduce the summer toll of death by drowning—in the past six years ,it claimed 720 lives—will be launched on December 27. Sponsoring the campaign are the national committee of Swimming and Life Saving, the Physical Welfare and Recreation branch of the Internal Affairs Department, and other interested organisations.
