Visitor To Conduct Whakatane Services

Although no vicar has yet been appointed to replace the Rev J. C. J. Wilson, who has now taken up an appointment as vicar at Taradale, services are still to be conducted in the Anglican Churches of the Whakatane Parish by the Rev David Rankin, Tauranga. The Rev Rankin will come to Whakatane every Friday by bus, conduct the services during the week-end and return on Monday. He will also be available to conduct services for weddings, marriages and deaths.
