Young Girl Hurt In Fall Down Hill
Running down a steep; hillside at Awakeri on Sunday afternoon, Eva Davies, aged about 13, fell heavily and suffered concussion 1 necessitating her admission to the Whakatane District Hospital. She was still there this morning, and reported to be in “satisfactory” condition. She was unconscious after the fall, and was treated at The scene of the accident' by Dr R. N. Akel.
