Mr and Mrs T. Morgan have refturned to Whakatane after a visit to Australia. Mr M. White, who has been staying with Mrs A. White,’ Merritt Street, Whakatane, left today to continue his tour of‘the North Island. The Reverend J. C. J. Wils’qn, L.th., vicar of Whakatane, has been appointed vicar of Taradale, Hawkes Bay, and expects ,to leave in November. His successor at Wha-' katane is at present not known.
