Rotary President Retires
After a term of two years the president of the Whakatane Rotary Club, rotarian H. G. Warren, retired from office last week, his place being taken by rotarian F. J. Appleby. To hold, a term of more than one year as president is something rare in the rotary world and rotarian Warren is one of the few men who has ever done so. Presentations were made to him and Mrs Warren.
