WHITTAKER. On July 10 at the Whakatane Hospital, James, the dearly loved husband of the late Annie and loved father of Arthur, Charles, Robert and Lennard. Aged 81 years. Funeral will leave Jarrett and Son's premises at 2 p.m. today (Monday) for the Whakatane Hill Cemeterv.
SYKES. On July 17 at his late residence, Tancatua, George Augustus, dearly loved husband of Edith and father of Eva, Alice, Marjg Fred. D.orry, Gladys, Jack and Tim. Aged 85 years. R.I.P. Deeply regretted. Requiem Mass ,at Catholic Church, Whakatane, at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 19. Funeral then leaving for Whakatane Hill Cemtery. # SYKES. On July 17 at his late residence. Taneatua, George Augustus, dearly loved brother of Harry, Great South Road, Otahuhu Aged 85 years. R.I.P. Deeply regretted.
