Mr R. King, Whakatane, left on Friday for a week’s holiday at the Chateau Tongariro.
Mrs Alan Sa3 r ers and Mrs John Churtcn, of Auckland, were recent guests of Mr and Mrs C. J. Lyndon during Whakatane show week.
Mr F. Clarke’s appointment as the N.Z. Home Servicemen’s Association’s representative on the Whakatane Rehabilitation Committee has been confirmed.
