Many Applications Made For Space In Next Winter Show
So.popular has this year’s Bay of Plenty Winter Show, which concluded at Whakatane on Saturday, been with exhibitors that applications for more space than there is available has been received by the secretary, Mr R. Cobbe, for next year’s show. So good were the sales of some exhibitors that many have asked for an increased floor space while other firms, which missed out this year, have applied for space for courts.
Mr Cobbe said yesterday that he did not know what was going to be done with all the applications as there was just not enough space. There would probably be more applications later in the year and next year.
