Drunk In Charge Of Car

Arrested by Traffic Officer M. C. Bridge in Quay Street on Wednesday night, Dan Kuru Kingi, aged 21, was fined £ls, medical expenses 21/- when he was brought before\ Messrs C. S. Armstrong and H. G. Warren, J’s.P., yesterday to answer a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a motor car. In addition to the conviction and fine, Kingi was disqualified from holding a drivers’ license for 12 months. On a charge of driving without a license he was convicted and discharged.
